Who do you have on your team and what are their qualifications.
If you have numerous team members, you can provide an overview of the situation
and focus more generally on the strengths or weaknesses of the group as you see fit.

Commentary:  Present the BIG picture…
Where do you want your enterprise be three to five years out

Where is your strategic plan that sequences that landscape and horizon? 
What do you want to be and have by that time… specifically?

Who is the crew on your ship?
What is their skill and/or expertise?

What is their inspiration and motivation in assisting the enterprise
to get through the marketplace terrain safely, and on time?

How do you plan on rewarding them, for being loyal to you and the strategic plan.
Is it generous?  If it isn’t, why not?

And finally, you always want to create and develop a “bench,” that your management team,
from the get-go get to mentor and coach their future replacement!
