Born in England to a Lithuanian mother and British father, Robert was raised in Chicago’s challenging inner-city South Side—an area famously described as “The Jungle” by author Upton Sinclair. Overcoming adversity from a troubled youth, including involvement in street gangs and early legal troubles, Robert’s life took a transformative turn thanks to compassionate mentors from his community. His journey from hardship to success became his driving force to guide and inspire others toward greater achievements and life balance.
A devoted father of four accomplished daughters, Robert raised his family in Wisconsin while remaining deeply committed to personal growth, family values, and community involvement. His mission is to use his experiences and leadership skills to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
