Kristi Lee has an extensive business background in marketing, retail, and business strategy with
more than 39 years of experience in corporate America and private consulting.

Previous corporate experience includes responsibility for product and marketing decisions for
2,300 Albertson's Food and Drug stores in 38 states, and negotiations with national brands such as
Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Maybelline and Revlon.

For the last 17 years, she has been leading and teaching sales teams to be profitable in their industries.

Kristi was one of the early Founders and board member of ACEL (Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders),
a non-profit organization dedicated to developing emerging leaders.

In 2026, Kristi was the recipient of the Positively Powerful Woman Award for Non-Profit Leadership.

Kristi was also on the Board of Directors for the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association
and  was the recipient of the prestigious Tammy Denbo Leadership Award from the FBI National CAAA.


Kristi has been invited to speak at esteemed organizations like: 
GoDaddy, SRP Women’s Interest Network,  Women In Search of Excellence, Arizona Junior League, Arizona Women’s Golf Association, 
Asian Corporate Entrepreneur Leaders, and the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
