Fred Parrish
Fred Parrish has been instrumental in the growth and development of many private and publicly traded companies. His 43 years of experience includes 39 years in development and implementation of board approved plans and policies, directing and overseeing company operations, managing corporate resource development, and directing strategic planning. Fred has extensive international management and contracts experience with a background in both operations and financial management. From 1980 to 1992, he held a series of management positions including Vice President Finance, Executive Vice President and President/CEO of a $50 million international aircraft overhaul and remanufacturing company. In 1992 and 1993, he served as a management consultant to several firms in the United States and Canada, specializing in development and implementation of strategies related to corporate structure and shareholder agreements, domestic and international joint venture opportunities, bank and private equity financing, business policy, resource allocation, and business operations. From 1993 to 1998, Fred served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer responsible for all operational and financial management aspects for a publicly traded healthcare services company. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a $350 million division of a NYSE healthcare group. From 2000 to 2004, Fred served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a technology and document management company.  He is the founder and CEO of The Profit Experts™ a CFO support services organization providing financial intelligence to small businesses through a broad range of services including, operational accounting and analysis, dynamic cash flow planning and predictive management, staff efficiency planning, profit mining, organizational development, and developed a cloud-based automated CFO The Profit Beacon™. Fred has served on the Board of Directors of 13 organizations in aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare services, business services, insurance, international missions, veteran nonprofits, technology, and document management.
